A certified HR 40 under 40 leader and a leadership coach, Lochan has been a Learning & Development professional with over 14 years of experience across several domains such as BFSI, Analytics and Telecommunication. Her experience spans across development and coaching interventions for organisations and individuals.
As a coach, she has worked with clients from organisations like - IKEA, Amazon, Disney Hotstar, Grapes Digital etc. Her corporate experience has been in organisations like American Express, SBI Card and ACT Fibernet. She holds a postgraduate degree(MBA) with a specialization in Operations and Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad and Bachelor’s of Business Studies from SSCBS. Lochan is amply invested in creating a platform for coaches through OfExperiences.
